How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are securely managed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app on your iOS device, tap your name at the top, and select Subscriptions. Find Preartix CutMaster to manage your plan.

How do I redeem my Offer Code?

If you claimed a 50% off discount on our website, open CutMaster and navigate to the Pro upgrade screen. Tap the "Redeem Code" button at the bottom and enter the unique code sent to your email.

Can I use the app on my Mac?

Preartix CutMaster is designed exclusively for macOS. It is fully optimized to leverage the power of Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4 chips) on your Mac for lightning-fast calculations. It is not available for iPhone or iPad.

How do I add custom paper formats?

Locate the custom format buttons on the main interface and click the "Edit" button directly below them. This will unlock the options to create new custom buttons, delete existing ones, or rearrange their positions to suit your workflow.

I upgraded but the app still says "Free"

Sometimes the App Store takes a moment to sync. Go to the upgrade screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". This will force the app to verify your active subscription with Apple.

Why isn't my layout fitting?

Ensure you are accounting for the "Gripper Margin" (safety edge) and the "Gap" (bleed/cut space between pieces). If your total cut dimensions exceed the physical sheet size minus these margins, the algorithm will alert you with an error message indicating that the cut size is too large to fit the sheet.
